J K Rowling native of England got the idea to write it from riding the train. Wizards and Magic along with the demonic art attracts the public to this best seller. Birds like bats and witches. As a divorced mother she plans to release seven books on the same subject following the same characters. The scramble to buy the book is amazing as she is putting the world in frenzy. The Magic is how the publisher managed to create this burning desire for the book. Riding a broom is not my idea of family entertainment. The hunger for witchcraft by all ages is disturbing. Hollywood thrives on it for big bucks.

Give us wisdom Dear Lord to recognize satan in everyday life and to avoid all evil.

A report on Sunday morning CBS on genetic foods and the demonstrations in Europe and the USA over the genetic altering of our grains and vegetables. Japan is in the act also rejecting the importation of genetic altered foods. It is my personal opinion that this may destroy the nutrients the original plants have. The government claim they are improving

the plants to make them more resistant to insects. Who knows for sure? Give me original.

A Florida law that recently slipped through the legislature on adjournment day by clever lobbyist created a car title loan business up to 264% interest per year. Recently reversed but meanwhile the loan sharks robbed many people of their vehicles. This was reported on CBS 60 minutes saying that Georgia still allows it. A simple little 2-bit title company would hold the title from the owner of a car while loaning only one-third the cars value at such exorbitant interest rates. Still the biggest money for them was to take the car and sell it for full value. Mobsters were said to be in this racket and still are in many states and the nation. After 60 minutes aired this report the Florida legislature changed the law being blocked in the Senate by powerful lobbyist. It is a sin to charge high interest rates.

The Bible forbids the charging of usury in more than 20 scriptures from Exodus 22-25, "If thou lend money to any of my people that is poor by thee, thou shalt not be to him as an usurer, neither shalt thou lay upon him usury". Many are guilty of this sin in our time.

A sheriff at Summerville has given $20,000 to a local church for supplying a chaplain to his prison. This was federal money and has drawn some attention in the press. There is no real separation of church and state, it always comes back to some connection of the church to the state. This nation was founded to be a Christian nation to obey all laws of God, the one and only God we serve the same God as laid down the laws that the British people design their laws after. Foreigners that immigrate to America should know and understand that we are a Christian nation. The ACLU should be exported back to their native land. We should not be ashamed of our heritage of faith in the God of Israel.

Overbook Baptist church today celebrated their 50th year with dinner under a big tent on the grounds. The speaker quoted Van Gogh as saying that human creation was the greatest Art of all. Mentioning Bob Jones University sacred Art Museum as a world spectacular just one mile away as the crow flies. "Every human being is a separate work of art by God". God is the true natural artist that made the world so very beautiful.

Genesis 3-1"Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made.
